1. No Return Policy

  • We follow a strict NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE policy.
  • Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Exceptions (Only for Defective or Wrong Product)

We only accept returns/replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective/damaged product, OR
  • You received a wrong product

3. Reporting an Issue

To claim a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us at Shianjewells@gmail.com
  • Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
    • Description of the issue

⚠️ Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


4. Replacement / Refund Process

  • After verification, we will offer:
    • Replacement of the same product, OR
    • Full refund (if replacement is not available)
  • The decision will be at the discretion of Shian Jewells

5. Important Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video is recommended for faster approval
  • Claims without proper proof may be rejected

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
